STORE NEWS: Cheers to 56 Years!

On April 11, 1963, Dave's officially opened its doors. It's hard to believe that it has been 56 years (and 3 generations) since the store began.

This is THE "Dave," or Grandpa Davey, as we like to call him.  After his service in World War II, he used his GI Bill to open Dave's Army & Navy in the Garment District in NYC.  56 years later, the store is still in the family, now owned and run by his son and grandchildren.

We know that we would not have made it to 2019 without the support of great customers, great friends, and great employees. Thank you so much for your loyalty over the years!
