Online Policies

RETURNS and EXCHANGES accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise that is in Original Condition and HAS NOT BEEN WORNALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags and labels attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Packaged Underwear items (including Socks and Thermal Underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged once the package is opened. Any item that is returned to us but not in Original Condition and do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will be held without credit or refused altogether. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For purchases made online we  must receive the return within thirty (30) days of receipt (in-store purchases are subject to the same terms & conditions but must be returned within 14 days).

Exchanges of merchandise are subject to the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that exchanges will be processed based on availability and we will contact the customer if we have any questions regarding the exchange. The customer may be subject to a standard Flat Rate shipping fee ($5.00) to cover part of the cost of the shipping of the exchanged merchandise back to the consumer.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable
  • reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the thirty (30) day return period
  • Contact Customer Service for availability of desired exchange item(s)
  • Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages
  • An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from
  • There is a 10% restocking fee on all orders that are placed for corporate use (costumers, photographers, outfitters, etc.) and the restocking fee is charged based on the sole discretion of the manager. This restocking fee does not apply to purchases made for personal use.

Online Pricing

Certain pricing of our products is different online than it is in our store. This is due to manufacturer's rules governing advertised pricing. Unfortunately we cannot honor other people's pricing in our store or online. We continue to try to make sure that our pricing is as consistent as possible.
