We work to keep our Return Policy simple and straightforward; we need to get an item back the same way it was given to you and we can process a return. Below are some simple instructions to follow
If you want to return an item from your order, please make sure it is in its original condition - unworn, unused, with all tags and labels still attached. We cannot take back items that are worn or relabeled. We cannot take back packaged underwear, socks, or thermals once the package has been opened.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days (extended to January 15, 2024) of receiving your order with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
We will email you a return shipping label. Please print it and attach it to the package you are sending back. Once we receive your merchandise, we will inspect it. And if it meets our return policy requirements, you will receive a refund for your purchase amount minus $6.99 for the return label fee.

Items shipped within New York are subject to New York State sales tax.
Certain pricing of our products is different online than it is in our store. This is due to manufacturer's rules governing advertised pricing. Unfortunately we cannot honor other companies' pricing in our store or online. We strive to ensure that our pricing is as consistent as possible.
