There are so many things that we are excited about, but we wanted to highlight some of our favorites. This list comes from our staff and some of our most regular customers who tell us like it is, and don't hold back when we do something that isn't "Dave's."
1 - Stan Ray's OG Paitner Pants
Stan Ray has been around for over 50 years and while they keep their USA selection tight, they have the depth of experience at creating classic garments. Check out the OG Painter Pants in Indigo Denim. Their collection has been picked up by locals, tourists, and those who appreciate heritage in their workwear.
2 - Levi's Women's '94 Baggy Jeans
The '94 Baggy line of looser fitting women's jeans and cargo pants have been a go-to for a few seasons, but this season we are seeing an even greater interest. The '94 Baggy Jeans are 12-ounce, 100% cotton, giving a feel of old-school weight with a wider silhouette.
3 - Salomon XA PRO GTX Sneakers
We have now introduced Salomon sneakers, and both employees and customers are drawn to the two styles that we carry. The XA PRO GTX is a great everyday, every-weather sneaker that comes in colors that are easy to coordinate with tons of styles.
4 - The North Face Cyclone Jacket
This jacket has been an item that was missing from our lineup for a while. It is a lightweight, packable, wind & water resistant jacket that can be worn in the cooler mornings or evenings, but can be stashed away during the day. It's great for those who commute by bike, or like to wear an outer layer without sweating through their shirt. It seems simple, but making a nylon jacket that is soft, smooth, looks good, and functions well isn't as common as you'd expect. The North Face does a great job with this one.
5 - Roy Roger's x Dave's New York Hand-Painted Collab Jacket
In our newest season of this collab, this piece combines classic work with worn-in styling. We take a hooded canvas silhouette jacket and give it a wash for a broken-in feel. Then to add to the instant-vintage look, the pieces are hand painted. The jacket is an unlined hooded canvas with rib knit cuffs and waistband for a heritage workwear style, but soft-washed for immediate comfort and wear-ability.
